Not sure how to feel about 'Where the Wild Things Are'
Just watched the trailer
Arcade Fire song, 'wake up,' comes on

"As the children
Grow up
Our bodies get bigger but our
hearts get torn up"

I'm like, 'really?'
Kid sees his mom(?) kissing somebody on a couch
I felt sad, but like, 'really?'
Are they really trying to do this to me?
"inside all of us there is hope/fear/a wild thing/a person who grew up and is now a sad, nostalgaic adult"

Overall, I think this movie will not get past my defenses
Not like Ratatouille
I think this movie will be highly praised and win an academy award
Critical reception comparable to 'Wall-E'

People will ask me 'have you seen Where The Wild Things Are?'
I will say 'no; I don't want to spend two hours trying not to cry.'
